Introducing the Open Strategising Method to a Growing Network
We hosted a successful professional gathering aimed at introducing the Open Strategising Method to a wider audience, with over 20 people from seven companies attending to learn more about our approach.
We were especially grateful that one of the Open Strategising Pioneer organisations was able to join and share their concrete, practical experiences working with the method. The day successfully facilitated discussions, with participants sharing diverse insights and challenges. It was rewarding to observe how participants began to incorporate the methodology into their strategic thinking. The group also had the opportunity to briefly test parts of the Open Strategising Software, providing important preliminary feedback that helps guide the user experience development.
