Professional Training and Network Gathering for Open Strategising Pioneers at Krusenberg Herrgård
We hosted our first pioneer gathering at Krusenberg Herrgård in January. Seeing our clients quickly connect and share ideas confirmed the immense everyday benefit of using the Open Strategising Method's shared language and terminology.

That rapid exchange of knowledge was the central point of the gathering. Our time at Krusenberg focused on practical knowledge sharing and less on theoretical training. We aimed to create an environment for people tackling similar strategy challenges, and they certainly delivered. The main takeaway was how the method instantly gives an organisation a common strategic vocabulary. This shared language, built on a proven methodology, reduces internal jargon and the ambiguity that typically wastes time when tackling the real challenges of solving complex strategy challenges.
The attendees, representing various industries, could quickly move past basic definitions and dive straight into discussing practical problems. This efficiency allowed them to address challenges and experience, and draw learnings from each other's organisations, like how to adapt strategy to meet rapid changes, how to shape goals and critical-to-success factors, and achieve organisational alignment.
We are certain that one of the most valuable benefits of Open Strategising is the network of shared experience it fosters. The Pioneers left not only feeling confident in the modular method but also equipped with actionable solutions sourced directly from their peers’ real-world applications. This collective intelligence helps them accelerate strategy realisation, demonstrating that a common, clear language is the most effective way to translate aims into realised strategies.
